Xero - Update direct bank feeds now

From 12 March, the following bank feeds set up using Yodlee will stop importing transactions into Xero, and new feeds to replace these are now available to connect:

  • RBS - Business, personal and corporate credit cards
  • Ulster Bank (UK) - Personal credit cards
  • Tesco - Personal current, savings and credit cards
  • NatWest - Business and personal credit cards

It’s simple to set up your new direct feeds – just ask your client to follow the prompts on their Xero dashboard

View affected clients in Xero HQ


Log in to Xero HQ and navigate to Explorer to see which of your clients are affected. You can download a .CSV file to see what action is required for their bank and account type.

More bank feeds to set up

If your clients have more affected feeds, their Xero dashboard will let them know when these are ready to be updated.

They can also refer to our list of available bank feeds to see the status of their bank.
